What is your processing time?

- Custom branding design services: 5–10 business days

Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! Rush orders are available based on availability and start at:
- $25 for digital design services

Rush fees are invoiced separately and must be paid before production begins.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards via secure checkout, PayPal, and custom invoices sent via Wave or PayPal for branding services.
What happens after I submit a quote form?
You'll receive a personalized quote within 2–3 business days. This will include next steps, delivery estimate, and any optional add-ons based on your selections.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free U.S. shipping is available on orders $50 or more.
What makes your products eco-conscious?
All Ginunique Boutique items are handmade with care and intention. We use fabric remnants, reusable packaging, and sustainable design principles to reduce waste and extend product life.
Can I request a custom version of a product I see?
Sometimes! While we don’t accept full custom requests year-round, we occasionally offer seasonal personalization. Be sure to join our email list to be notified!
Why is there an extra charge for multiple vinyl colors?
Each vinyl color used in a design adds time and materials during the application process. Multicolor designs are priced to reflect the additional detail and precision involved.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there's a problem with your order, please contact us so we can make it right.

What’s the turnaround for product cards or lookbooks?
Design turnaround is typically 5–10 business days depending on the complexity of your request. You'll receive a quote with a more accurate estimate.
How do I start a custom branding order?

Can you print my designs for me?
We currently offer digital + print-ready files. If you need help choosing a printer or prepping your file for print, we’ll include suggestions with your order.
Do you design logos or offer rebranding?
We do not currently offer logo design. However, we offer educational guides on what to look for in a logo designer, and how to use your brand assets across your merchandise with confidence.
Can I order branding + handmade products together?
Yes! We love curating bundled experiences. Submit forms for both, and we’ll send you a combined quote with recommended packages.
